Snow Removal

Association Snow Removal:

Snow is not cleared every day. The guidelines are as follows:

• Snow personnel come out to start cleaning after the storm stops completely, after blowing or strong winds, and at least an inch of additional snow.
• The roads will be kept open throughout the storm.  No sidewalks or door entrances will be done until the storm or winds have stopped.
• We do not salt the sidewalks or by the doorway entrance to your home. Patios are owner’s responsibility. We will salt the roads as needed.
• If your vehicle is not moved when they are cleaning the streets, it is the owner’s responsibility to clear the snow away from their assigned area.
• If not moving the vehicle for cleaning is a continuous problem, your vehicle may be towed at owner's expense.
• The snow personnel are not obligated to clean after they have finished their original cleaning.
